RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At PostureCraft, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging where possible
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wearable products may not be eligible for return if used or opened unless defective.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:
- Used wearable items
- Items damaged through misuse
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@posturecraft.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable processing period depending on your payment provider or bank.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item supplied by PostureCraft.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund after approval, please first check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
